The registration deadline is March 7, 2010. A confirmation e-mail notice will be sent to you as soon as your on-line registration is received. Use the confirmation as your billing statement/invoice. Mail your payment and a copy of your confirmation to:

Members can call the Crossroads Hotel at 605-352-3204 or toll-free 1-800-876-5858 for reservations. Ask for the South Dakota Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators (SDASFAA) block which is reserved until March 7. Rates for everyone are $50.22 (state rate + tax), includes continental breakfast.

You may cancel up to 7 days prior to arrival to avoid penalties.


SDASFAA Refund Policy:
  • All requests for refunds must be made in writing and sent to the Treasurer for approval.
  • A 100% refund is granted if the request is received at least 15 calendar days prior to the start of the activity. The treasurer will confirm that the fee was received, issue the refund, and notify the committee chair.
  • For requests not received in the timeframe listed above, a request for a refund, up to 50%, upon approval of the Treasurer and the President, may be granted if extenuating circumstances prevent a member from attending the conference. Requests must be received no later than 15 days after the activity.
    • A 100% refund may be allowed for immediate family medical reasons or death in the immediate family or for persons who have resigned from their employing institution prior to the start of the conference.
